Szczyrk, Poland - June 2023 - On 18 June, at the invitation of Fr Marcin Kaznowski, Superior of the Krakow Province (PLS), representatives of all the groups of the Salesian Family in the Province gathered in Szczyrk to take part in the of the Salesian Family Advisory Council. This was the first large meeting since the outbreak of the pandemic. Each group shared their current situation and challenges. The participants listened with interest to information on the specific way of working and charism of some lesser known groups of the Salesian Family, finding that there is still little knowledge about their activities. They also summarised the initiatives undertaken together over the past two years, expressing a common desire to organise a Salesian Family council at national level.
