Poland - Salesian church in Przemyśl elevated to shrine status
Przemyśl, Poland - May 2023 - Fr. Bogdan Nowak, parish priest of the Salesian parish of St. Joseph in Przemyśl, announced with great joy that the church of St Joseph the Educator and Protector of the Church had been elevated to a Shrine. The decree on the establishment of the Shrine will be read by Archbishop Adam Szal, Metropolitan of Przemyśl on 8 June, the Solemnity of Corpus Christi, during the 9 a.m. Mass.
