Jaboatão dos Guararapes, Brazil - February 2023 - The meeting of the Animators of the Oratories and Youth Centers of the Province of Brazil-Recife (BRE) was held on February 25 and 26 at the Salesian colony "São Sebastião"; its theme. "The Salesian Oratory in the formation of good Christians and upright citizens" and the motto "Do all through love, nothing by constraint." On the first day, the program began with a welcome by Fr. Jose Geraldo, Coordinator of the Provincial Commission for Oratories and Youth Centers, and animation by Assistant César Alexandre. The "goodnight" was by Salesian coadjutor Bro. Manoel Messias, followed by the words of. Fr Francisco Inácio, BRE Provincial, and the opening prayer by Fr. Carlos Leite. The 40 participants from all the works of the BRE Province were able to attend two lectures: "The Origin of Don Bosco's Oratory," by Fr. Sérgio Aquino; and "Salesian Oratory - a Place of Formation of Good Christians and Honest Citizens," by Fr. Junior Lopes. On Sunday, the program began with a Mass, presided by Fr. Robson Barros, followed by his lecture on "Protocol for the Prevention and Protection of Children, Adolescents and Vulnerable Persons - Norms and Procedures."
