D.R. Congo - Don Bosco Ngangi youth called to conversion
Goma, D.R. Congo - February 2023 – On 22 February, young people, students and educators from the "Don Bosco Ngangi" Institute and those from the work's Vocational Center participated in the Mass of Imposition of Ashes organized by the Salesian community and presided over by Fr. Dieudonné Sande Mutonkole, SDB, Vicar of the work. The latter, during his homily, urged the participants, "In this time of Lent, which begins today, we are called to be reconciled with God. The way to establish this reconciliation is conversion, that is, knowing how to begin again, to change our way of life. This conversion must touch our hearts. We must convert internally." He then explained to young people the three channels for living this conversion in Lent: sharing, prayer and fasting.
