Poland - Four young Salesian aspirants begin pre-novitiate in Rumia
Rumia, Poland - January 2023 - Four young candidates for Salesian life, after three months of discernment and getting to know Salesian life as aspirants, began the next stage of formation, which is the pre-novitiate. The ceremony took place on January 8 in the community chapel and was attended by the entire "Blessed Virgin Mary Help of Christians" community in Rumia. Fr. Tadeusz Itrych, Piła Provincial (PLN), presided over the ceremony and welcomed the desire of Wiktor, Przemek, Jakub, and Wiktor to continue their formation for life in the Salesian Congregation. Fr. Henryk Kaszycki, SDB, was appointed as the person in charge of the pre-novitiate, whose task will be to accompany and guide the pre-novitiates.
