Los Teques, Venezuela - January 2023 - The assembly of the "San Luca" Province of Venezuela (VEN) was held on 9 January in the community of the Salesian post-novitiate "San Domenico Savio" in Los Teques, with the participation of about 70 Salesians. The meeting served to gather in fraternity to be aware of the redesign of the Salesian communities and of the VEN Province, as a commitment of all Salesians in its conception, planning, and implementation. The assembly was presided over by Fr Rafael Montenegro, VEN Provincial, Fr Alfredo Oliveros, VEN Vicar, and Fr Jorge Bastidas, Provincial Delegate for Youth Ministry. It was a day to rethink, reflect and celebrate all that takes place in the Salesian communities of the VEN Province, which ended with the commitment to take the necessary steps to continue to be signs and bearers of God's love among the young.
