Spain - Salesian school "Laviaga-Castillo" awarded Gold Medal
Zaragoza, Spain - November 2022 – On November 8, the Salesian school "Laviaga-Castillo" in La Amunia was awarded with the Gold Medal by the Government of the Autonomous Community of Aragon through the Aragonese Institute of Development, an award for all those entities that have demonstrated a high level of commitment in their sector. The award ceremony, now in its 26th year, was held at the Zaragoza Palace of Congresses with Adolfo Ramírez, an expert in digital business transformation, Arturo Aliaga, Vice President of the Government of Aragon, and Víctor Küppers, an expert in emotional coaching. The experts awarded this important recognition to the Salesian institute in the category of nonprofit organizations, rewarding its excellent quality management, according to the "European Foundation for Quality Management" (EFQM) model. This important award honors the Salesian school by indicating it as a benchmark for education in Aragon, in the region of Valdejalón.
