Brazil- Salesian school wins the last stage of the competition against Zika

Salvador de Bahia, Brazil-August 2016- The Salesian School in Salvador de Bahia won the regional stage of the contest sponsored by the Ministry of Education: "search and knowledge to combat Aedes aegypti also known as Zika”. Transmission of the disease has been a real problem for pregnant mothers and children in gestation and especially for those who cannot afford the cost of recovery. The team of the Salesian School consisting of Gabriel Cerqueira, John Gondim and  Katharina Puridade: are now preparing for the national presentation.
