Paraguay - May 2022 - In all Salesian works in the Province of Paraguay (PAR), the feast day of St. Dominic Savio was celebrated on May 6. In Puerto Casado, in the Paraguayan Chaco, for example, the students of the Salesian Institute "Dominic Savio", celebrated their patron saint with various activities, including a procession through the streets of the parish and a Mass presided by Fr. Denis Baez, Rector of the Salesian presence. In Concepción, the festivities began early in the morning with a pilgrimage through the city and a Eucharist celebrated in the sports center of the "San José" Institute. During the event, participants shared moments of prayer, formation and games. In Minga Guazú, students from the "Don Bosco" and "Mary Help of Christians" Salesian boarding schools celebrated "Adolescent Day," with a Mass and sports tournament.
