Vatican - Pope Francis: a thought to Salesians, who work so much in the Church for most distant, most marginalized, for young people
Vatican City, Vatican - May 2021 - At 12 noon on 23 May, the Solemnity of Pentecost, the Holy Father Francis appeared at the window of his study in the Vatican Apostolic Palace to recite the Regina Caeli with the faithful and pilgrims present in St Peter's Square. At the end of the Regina Caeli, Pope Francis addressed a thought to the Salesians of Don Bosco and the Daughters of Mary Help of Christians: “And speaking of tomorrow’s celebration, Mary Help of Christians, a thought to the Salesian men and women, who work so very much in the Church for those who are furthest away, for the most marginalized, for young people. May the Lord bless you and lead you forward with many holy vocations!”
