India - Training program for staff of Salesian Institute of Sonada
Calcutta, India - April 2021 - The Salesian Institute of Sonada has for the first time organized a training program for about 30 employees of the Office and of the Support Staff of the Siliguri and Sonada Campuses. The event was coordinated by the Director, Fr Tomy Augustine, with the interventions of four experts who spoke about the duties of office and support staff, reminding the participants they are the heart, face and hands of the Salesian institution. Qualities such as integrity, responsibility, fulfillment of one's duty were emphasized, and the dignity of every job was highlighted. The Dean of the Siliguri Institute, Fr George Thadathil, was also present at the initiative.
