Luanda, Angola - April 2021 - On 8 April the President of the Government of Spain, Pedro Sánchez, visited the "Centro Dom Bosco", where he was welcomed by Fr Martín Lasarte, Superior of the Salesian Vice Province of Angola (ANG), by its Vicar, Fr Manuel Román Ordoñez, various Salesians and over 1,500 students. Before arriving at the "Centro Dom Bosco", President Sánchez visited the Spanish company "Elecnor", and was subsequently welcomed into the "Dom Bosco" school complex. The President was accompanied by a delegation of about 30 people, including government officials and businessmen.
