Togo - National Forum of Don Bosco Past Pupils
Kara, Togo - December 2020 - On 26 and 27 December, at the Don Bosco Center in Kara, the National Forum of the Past Pupils of Don Bosco was held with 50 participants from the delegations of Kara, Cinkassé and Lomé. The number of participants was limited by the organizers due to the pandemic. During the forum, Fr Théodore Afantodji, Coordinator of the Past Pupils of Don Bosco of the Francophone West Africa Province (AFO), and other figures intervened. They reviewed the activities of the Past Pupils at the local level, discussed work on the Statute to be recognized internationally, and defined a roadmap for the Past Pupils of Togo. There was no lack of moments of reflection, prayer, sharing and recreation, and the Past Pupils renewed their promise and their commitment. Finally, the new National Council of Past Pupils was elected.
