Haiti - XII edition of "Cultural Mornings" of "St Frances de Sales" Institute of Philosophy
Fleuriot-Tabarre, Haiti - January 2021 – On 7-8 January, the "St Frances de Sales" Institute of Philosophy of the Salesian Vice Province of Haiti (HAI) organized the 12th edition of the "Cultural Morning": two days of reflections, conferences and debates for the students and lay people of the Institute, this time centered on the theme “The principle of goodness for an active and honest citizenship”. The event was attended by Msgr. Patrick Aris, who led a study on the concept of goodness; Fr Gédéon Jean Robin, SDB, professor and author of numerous books, who presented "The citizen and the city: the commitment of the Christian in the construction of our Common Home in the light of Pope Francis' Encyclical Fratelli Tutti"; and, in conclusion, Fr Pierre Ernest Bazile, SDB, Director of the Institute.
