Ukraine - December 2020 - The Major Archbishop of Kyiv-Halych, Father and Metropolitan of the Ukrainian Greek-Catholic Church (UGCC), Sviatoslav Shevchuk, after hearing the opinion of the Superior of the Salesian Vice Province of Ukraine (UKR), Fr Mykhaylo Chaban, SDB, and the President of the Pastoral Council of the UGCC Curia, Kenneth Nowakiwski, appointed with his decree the Salesian Fr Petro Mayba as Head of the Education and Instruction Commission (UGCC). The assignment lasts three years.
