India - Inauguration of Salesian structure for young people removed from exploitation
Hosapete, India - September 2020 - Despite the crisis generated by the pandemic, a new Salesian residence and reception facility for young people, especially those saved from the exploitation of child labor, was completed and inaugurated in the city of Hosapete, in the state of Karnataka. Fr George Payyamthadathil, Economer of Bangalore Province (INK), said, "It was truly a miracle to complete the building during this pandemic."
