Beromünster, Switzerland - July 2020 - From 16 to 21 July Fr Alfred Maravilla, General Councilor for the Missions, began his visits to the Salesian Mission Offices: "Jugendwerk Don Bosco" in Beromünster, Switzerland, and "Misiones Salesianas" in Madrid, Spain. Fr Maravilla, accompanied by Fr George Menamparampil, Coordinator of the Salesian Mission Offices, met with the directors of the Mission Offices and especially the lay collaborators. "The purpose of this visit - explains the Councilor for the Missions - is above all to get to know the Offices more closely and listen to the staff who work there, to know their plans for the future and the challenges they face." Fr Maravilla will continue his visit to the other Mission Offices, depending on the possibility of traveling due to the current Covid-19 pandemic.
