Brazil - Salesian social work of São José dos Campos distributes aid to 280 families
São José dos Campos, Brazil - June 2020 - The “Don Rodolfo Komorek” Emporium of the Salesian social work of São José dos Campos, belonging to the Province of Brazil-São Paulo (BSP), donated about 280 bags of basic food items, blankets, masks and hygiene kits for the city's needy families. Every month a hundred needy families receive bags of basic necessities donated by the faithful of the Salesian parish dedicated to the Holy Family; and during this pandemic period, another 180 bags were prepared by the parish and social work, distributed with the help of young people.
