Barbacena, Brazil - June 2020 - On 19 and 20 June Fr Natale Vitali, Superior of the Salesian Province of Belo Horizonte (BBH), accompanied by his Vicar, Fr José Ricardo Mole, visited the Interprovincial Novitiate "Sagrado Coração de Jesus", where the novices of the Brazilian Provinces of Campo Grande (BCG), Manaus (BMA) and Belo Horizonte (BBH) reside. On the first day, Fr Vitali met the Salesian formators and visited, in addition to the novitiate, the house for retreats and the festive oratory, and celebrated the Eucharist in honor of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. On the second day, he met the novices. “I was pleased to meet the 22 young people who are here, the novices of the various Provinces. The visit is a moment of encounter, dialogue and listening. I spoke to them about the Salesian map, the presence and priority of the person of Jesus Christ in our life, together with Don Bosco and Mary," said Fr Vitali. The Provincial also visited the FMA present in Barbacena.
