Eswatini - Missionary Sisters of Mary Help of Christians help local population
Malkerns, Eswatini - June 2020 - Three Indian sisters of the Missionary Sisters of Mary Help of Christians (MSMHC), working in the parish of Saint Bosco of Malkerns, Eswatini, when the COVID-19 pandemic reached there, too, also realized that they didn't have the resources to help the poor. So they started asking for support from people, companies, shops, foundations, ambassadors and consuls from all over the world. After receiving the first aid, they distributed it to 425 families from 31 villages, and made their work known to the mass media. This allowed them to involve other supporters and create a donation system that would help 900 other families in 52 villages with basic necessities, health kits and protective devices.
