Ethiopia - "Don Bosco Mekanissa" brings water for hygiene of poor
Addis Ababa, Ethiopia - May 2020 - The Salesian work "Don Bosco Mekanissa" in Addis Ababa is supplying water to thousands of poor people living on the city's outskirts, in the slums of Koshe and Kore, so they can wash their hands and thus contain the spread of Coronavirus. The Salesian community, with the help of the Planning and Development Office (PDO), have repaired an old truck and a reservoir tank with a capacity of 5,000 liters, water they transport to the area every day.
