USA - Students of "Bosco Tech" produce protective devices
Rosemead, United States - April 2020 - Students of the “Integrated Design, Engineering & Art” (IDEA) technology program of the Salesian center “Bosco Tech” in Rosemead have designed and are producing face protection devices with the school's 3D printers for medical personnel potentially exposed to the risk of COVID-19 contagion. High school students have already created 10 protections, designed by Alejandro Pina, and are working to quickly produce hundreds more for the local medical community. A message of gratitude from the school to the doctor or nurse who will wear it is inscribed on each protection.
