Concepción, Paraguay - March 2020 - The Salesian Fr Jorge Cuevas climbed the bell tower of the "Mary Help of Christians" parish of Concepción to bless the whole city with the Blessed Sacrament. The city of Concepción, like the rest of the country, is in quarantine and with isolation measures due to the pandemic that keeps the whole world on hold. The Salesian priest recited the prayer of the Chaplet of Divine Mercy and especially blessed the city health workers.
