Caracas, Venezuela - July 2019 - On July 27, the young Salesian Juan Luis Arveláez made his Perpetual Profession by the hands of Fr Francisco Méndez, Superior of the Venezuela (VEN) Province, before a large group of religious and friends of the Salesian Family.
