Ecuador - February 2019 - On 25 February the 2019 Vocational Week began in the parishes, oratories and Salesian educational centers present in the areas of the Sierra and the Amazon. The event's main objective was to provide adolescents and young people with a space to discover their life as a vocation, and to live according to the style of Jesus and in the Salesian charism. This year's theme - "They opened their eyes" - was developed by prenovices and post-novices, with the support of Salesian directors of each Salesian center, pastoral animators and catechists, and the Department of Youth Vocations Ministry and the Student Council Department.
