Barbacena, Brazil - January 2018 - From January 13 to 26, the 2018 Preparatory Course for perpetual religious professions took place at the Retreat House in Barbacena. Taking part were 16 Salesians from 4 Brazilian Provinces, namely Belo Horizonte, Campo Grande, Recife and São Paulo; fifteen students attend second year Theology at the Pio XI Institute of São Paulo, and one is a Salesian Coadjutor. Coordinating the course: Fr Gilson Marcos da Silva, Vicar of Porto Alegre Province, assisted by Denis Dutra Marques, a student of Theology of the Belo Horizonte Province.
