Assel, Netherlands - February 2017 - The Salesian missionaries in Belgium, Holland and Ireland along with those accompanying them met from 3 to 5 February in the Salesian Youth Centre at Assel, Netherlands. This is the first of the biennial zonal meetings to accompany the young missionaries of  Project Europe for a time  of sharing, discussion and fellowship. Fr Guillermo Basañes, General Councillor for the Missions, currently on a visit to East Timor, was represented by Fr Alfred Maravilla, who has the task of overseeing the missionaries of Project Europe.
