Ecuador – Bomboiza Educational Community Observes Women’s Day with a Strong Commitment to Equality and the Eradication of Gender-Based Violence

Bomboiza, Ecuador – March 2025 – On Friday, March 7, the ETSA Intercultural Bilingual Educational Unit (ETSA: Escuela Técnica Salesiana -Salesian Technical School)commemorated International Women’s Day with a significant event organized by teachers. The gathering focused on reflecting on the fundamental role of women in society and their historical struggle for equal rights. The day began with a powerful message highlighting the importance of recognizing and valuing women's contributions in all areas of life, emphasizing their resilience, dedication, and pursuit of equity and justice throughout history.

The event underscored the urgency of eliminating gender-based violence in all its forms, promoting a culture of respect, dignity, and equal opportunities for all.
