– For the East Asia-Oceania Region, Fr Fidel Maria Orendain, Superior of the Province of the Southern Philippines (FIS);
– For the South Asia region, Fr Jose Thomas Koyickal, Superior of the Province of India-Bangalore (INK);
– For the Africa Madagascar region, Fr Hailemariam Medhin Tesfay, Superior of the Africa Ethiopia-Eritrea Vice-Province (AET);
– For the Central and Northern Europe region, Fr Reinhard Gesing, Superior of the Province of Germany (GER);
– For the Mediterranean region, Fr Fernando García Sánchez, Superior of the Province of St James the Greater, Spain (SSM);
– For the Interamerica region, Fr Morachel Bonhomme, Superior of the Haitian Vice-Province (HAI);
– For the America South Cone Region, Fr Jefferson Luis, of the Brazil-Manus Province (BMA).
The following have been appointed for the Technical Commission:
– Fr Patrick Anthonyraj Alexander, Secretary to the Vicar of the Rector Major;
– Fr Francesco Marcoccio, Rector of the Sacred Heart, Rome Community, at Salesian Headquarters.
The appointed members of the Pre-Chapter Commission, in coordination with the Moderator of GC29, Fr Alphonse Owoudou, are now called upon to start the work of collecting, summarising and preparing the preparatory documents for GC29.
