Boroko, Papua New Guinea – February 2024 – The Emmaus Conference Centre in Boroko hosted a day of meetings on 23 February in which sixteen Salesian Youth Movement Leaders participated. Fr Moise Palaku, Coordinator of the Youth Ministry Commission, animated the meeting by inviting those present to listen to the young people and encourage them in the faith and in the Sacraments. Fr Ambrose Pereira, SDB, Coordinator of Social Communication in the East Asia-Oceania Region, reminded the participants to share the good news and inspire young people through their words, deeds, actions and their own lives. There was then discussion of the next programs that will concern the Vice-Province of Papua New Guinea and Solomon Islands (PGS) and the most anticipated event of the year, namely "WANTOK BOSCO".
