Ayagualo, El Salvador - February 2024 - To give continuity to the strategic planning process, the Integrated Preferential Option (OP) and Job Training (PLT) Team of Central America held its annual meeting to define the action plan that will guide animation work for 2024 and 2025. The main lines of work defined at the meeting were to activate processes of attention to human mobility and integral formation for the young people and co-workers of social works in response to the new contextual circumstances; and to provide opportunities for reflection and generation of educational network strategies to strengthen the quality of educative and pastoral proposals for works. The participants stressed that "we continue to urgently see the issue of human mobility causing real drama in the lives of many families who cross our countries and in addition to the growing flow of returnees who need to reintegrate socially and economically into society. For this reason, we try to update and strengthen the formation processes of  collaborators in our works and social services at the service of this population and the needs of the young people who attend our houses." The OP and FPT team ratified the commitment to continue dreaming like Don Bosco, in a world that welcomes and gives opportunities to young people, especially the most vulnerable and excluded from society.
