Cotonou, Benin - October 2016 - The Delegates for Social Communication from the African-Madagascar Region met in Cotonou, Benin, from 10 to 16 October 2016 for their biennial meeting. Bro. Ephrem Santos, SDB, from the Department for Social Communication of the Congregation was present for the meeting.  Among the topics discussed were the profile of the Delegate for Social Communication and crisis management in an institution.
