Kinshasa, D.R. Congo – July 2023 – The Extraordinary Council of the ACC was held  on 20 July, at the headquarters of the Africa Congo Congo Vice-Province (ACC),  chaired by the Superior of the Vice-Province, Fr Aurélien Mukangwa, and attended by the outgoing councillors and the new ones appointed for the next three years.
