Caracas, Venezuela – July 2023 –  Five Salesians made their perpetual profession as Salesians of Don Bosco into the hands of Fr Rafael Montenegro, Superior of the St Luke Province of Venezuela on 8 July at the Mary Help of Christians Shrine in Sarría, Caracas. Accompanying the Provincial in the celebration were three Salesian bishops: Bishop Jonny Eduardo Reyes Sequera, Vicar Apostolic of Puerto Ayacucho, Bishop José Ángel Divassón Cilveti, Vicar Apostolic Emeritus of Puerto Ayacucho and Titular Bishop of Bamaccora; and Bishop Pablo Modesto González Pérez, Bishop of Guasdualito.
