Guatemala City, Guatemala - June 2023 - The Human Talent 2023 meeting was held at the Salesian Theological Institute from 5 to 8 June, attended by collaborators from the administration and human talents area of each of the works belonging to the Salesian Province of Central America (CAM). The meeting opened on Monday evening with a warm welcome message from Fr Julio Navarro, SDB, the Provincial of CAM, who encouraged the participants to dedicate their efforts to this, highlighting the benefits that will be obtained for the different Salesian works. Immediately afterwards they enjoyed a delicious dinner and fraternal sharing. The following days were characterised by an intense day of work, participating in the different planned activities, such as: formation on topics of leadership, planning standardisation of the different processes of human talent, exchange of best practices, as they visited areas at the Salesian Don Bosco College, and gained a deeper appreciation of Salesian spirituality. The meeting ended on Thursday with a joyful get-together during a trip to Antigua Guatemala, located about 45 km from the Guatemalan capital.
