Kathmandu, Nepal - April 2023 - On April 3, Lalitpur District Chief Rajnarayan Acharya visited the “Don Bosco” Institute in Kathmandu. After the welcome, the Lalitpur District Chief showed keen interest in listening to the Institute’s Director, Fr. Augusty Pulickal, who presented the Salesian Congregation, its missions in 134 countries around the world, and the nine Salesian centers in Nepal, the first of which was started in 1992. Then the Don Bosco Institute’s Director, Salesian coadjutor Bro. Philip Xavier, presented the school’s various courses. At the end of the tour of the Institute’s laboratories and classrooms, accompanied by the Director and a host of school staff, Rajnarayan Acharya expressed his joy and satisfaction at having visited and thanked the Salesian Congregation, the Institute and its staff, and the Daughters of Mary Help of Christians for their service to society and the country.
