Nashik, India – February 2023 - The Salesian formation houses at Nashik – India were blessed with the visit of some members of the World Advisory Council for Formation, which had just concluded its biennial meeting at Don Bosco Provincial House Mumbai. The guests arrived on 18 February and left on 20 February 2023. The Council consists of the regional formation coordinators, the directors of the regional animation centres and the central formation team, and is headed by Fr. Ivo Coelho SDB, General Councillor for Formation. The purpose was to interact with the many young Salesians in the two formation houses, and to visit some places of cultural and religious interest. Divyadaan, the postnovitiate, has 50 students in the first cycle and 17 in the second cycle of philosophy from various provinces of South Asia, while the novitiate has 6 novices from the two provinces of INB and INP.
