São Paulo, Brazil - May 2022 - Continuing the Extraordinary Visitation to the Province of Brazil-São Paulo (BSP), Fr. Gabriel Romero, Councilor for the America South Cone Region, visited the Salesian University Center of São Paulo (UNISAL) on May 17 and 18. On the first day Fr. Romero met with the Rectorate of UNISAL, led by Fr. Sérgio Augusto Baldin Júnior, SDB, Rector. Then he met with each person in charge of the various sectors of the University Center to get to know their daily life, and understand each one's processes, projects and progress. The Regional Advisor said, "We are in a very good moment for UNISAL, we have a good history of working in favor of young people who are making their way in society. Some are discerning their choices, and others are deepening their life project, on how to be protagonists in the society in which they live. And UNISAL is accompanying these lives." Then Fr. Romero concluded, "In all the places I have visited here I have found people committed to the task of education and we must continue to work for this and believe in our higher education, here at UNISAL. We must always work together to improve processes and for all this, we give thanks to God!"
