Buenos Aires, Argentina - July 2016 - From 7 to 10 July the Salesian communities in Argentina, participated in "Cammini e Sapori 2016", a gastronomic and cultural fair to show the identity of the country in the bicentenary of the Declaration of ' independence. The Salesians in Argentina gave an exhibition of products on "Flavours from school", prepared by the students of the Salesian agro-technical School: "yerba mate" from San José, Misiones; "dulce de leche" from Río Cuarto, Córdoba; the wines and olive oil of Rodeo del Medio, Mendoza; jam and cheese from  Río Grande and Tierra del Fuego.
