Thai Binh, Vietnam - April 2021 - On the morning of April 21, on the occasion of the traditional commemoration of the Kings Hung, the Oratory Committee of the Salesian Delegation of North Vietnam organized a meeting with a sports party for young people participating in the activities of the oratories from the north of the country, at the Pastoral Center of Divine Mercy, in the diocese of Thai Binh. After a warm welcome and the dance with the song “We are Family”, Don Bosco was talked about and the young people were invited to follow him more closely in Salesian consecrated life. Fr John Baptist Tran Van Hao, Delegate for the Salesian Family of the Northern Delegation, presided over the Mass in honor of Don Bosco, flanked by the Director of the Pastoral Center of Divine Mercy and by the Salesian priests in charge of the oratories of the Northern Delegation. Later, Fr Joseph Tran Duc Ai, SDB, head of the Oratories Committee, opened the sports festival, with competitions in football, volleyball, badminton, table football and other games.
