Oakland, United States - September 2020 - On 5 September the Salesian deacon Vien Nguyen, belonging to the West United States (SUO) Province, was ordained a priest by the laying on of hands and the consecratory prayer of Msgr. Michael Charles Barber, S.J., Bishop of Oakland.
