Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea - June 2020 - On June 19, the "Caritas Technical Secondary School", founded by the Sisters of Charity of Jesus - the 11th group of the Salesian Family, celebrated the 25th anniversary of its existence. The celebrations began with the Eucharist presided over by the Apostolic Nuncio Msgr. Kurian Mathew Vayalunkal, and concelebrated by several Salesians. The school has the dual objective of educating students by transmitting good Christian values, according to the teachings of the Catholic Church, and of forming upright and productive citizens, offering them the opportunity to acquire technical skills for future employment or to start a small business, for the benefit of their family and the Country.
