Fr Leonardo accepted this office in a spirit of obedience, a role he will take on in August at the end of Fr Enrico Stasi's mandate, whom I thank very much for his pastoral service. On behalf of the Rector Major and the General Council, I thank the confreres who offered their collaboration by participating in the consultation. It is, indeed, also a sure source of fraternal encouragement for the new Provincial. Best wishes to all of you and your young people for every blessing from the Lord through the intercession of Mary Help of Christians and the Salesian Saints who, from heaven, accompany the journey of our Congregation.
