Human Rights Day commemorates the day in 1948 when the United Nations General Assembly adopted the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

(ANS – Quito) – With a solemn Eucharist celebrated last Wednesday, 4 December 2024, the Salesian Centre for Ongoing Formation in America (CSFPA) began the celebration of its 50th anniversary. This event marks the beginning of a year dedicated to giving thanks for the legacy received and to reflecting on and planning the future of this Salesian house, which since 1972 has been a place designed to respond to the challenges of young people on the Latin American continent through Salesian options.
