The ceremonial inauguration of the conference was graced by the esteemed Chief Guest, Prof. Ramesh Ch. Deka, Vice Chancellor of Cotton University. Sangma, Salesian Provincial of Guwahati, Father Teron, Vice Provincial of Guwahati, Father (Dr.) Jose Palely, Vice Chancellor of Assam Don Bosco University, and Father V. M. Thomas, founder Director of Don Bosco Institute.
