East Timor - Salesian Cooperators growing in autonomy and communion
Dili, East Timor - November 2019 - During two separate visits of animation to Dili, the Councilor for the East Asia-Oceania Region, Fr Václav Klement, met the central group of Salesian Cooperators, together with the Superior of the Salesian Vice Province of Timor East (TLS), Fr Apolinário Neto. The meeting's objective was to accompany the delicate phases of establishing a new Province of Salesian Cooperators. From the first promise of 2006, the members of the Salesian Cooperators have steadily grown in the three centers: Dili (72 members and 15 aspirants), Venilale (19 members and 6 aspirants) and Laga (11 members). Furthermore, there has also been an increase in the quality of leadership, formation and mission.
