Guwahati, India - September 2019 – On 19 September, the Salesian "Assam Don Bosco University" (ADBU) inaugurated the "Community Computer Center" as part of the Program of Community Education - Education for Sustainable Development, an initiative of the Department of Social Work. The project aims to contribute to sustainable development goals: quality education, gender equality and reduction of inequalities. The computer center is housed in the ADBU service center and is aimed in particular at students of government schools and plans to bridge the gap between the study of Computer Science and practice, having 15 state-of-the-art workstations.
