Kenya - Admission exam to enter "Don Bosco Boys Town"
Nairobi, Kenya - August 2019 - "Proper preparation prevents poor performance". This is the expression used by the Salesian "Don Bosco Boys Town" center to ensure that next year's students are well prepared before becoming part of this reality. The "Don Bosco Boys Town" has in fact held selections to test the technical skills of the children who want to study here in the next school year. Although there are only 145 places available, around 200 children took part. The candidates, after seeing a documentary on the history of the "Don Bosco Boys Town", had to face an oral interview with the director of the center. Waiting to know the outcome of the exam, which will be announced on September 24th, the "Boys’ Town" invited the youths to remain faithful to the mission of Don Bosco and to pray that the poorest and most marginalized children may be admitted.
