Thailand - Seminar on lay administrators' role in Salesian schools
Bangkok, Thailand - July 2019 - From 18 to 20 July, a seminar on the role of lay administrators in Salesian schools was held at the "Westgate Residence Hotel" in Nonthaburi. The event was organized by the "Commission for Salesian Schools in Thailand", under the guidance of Fr Smith Daengampan. 65 lay people from 7 Thai Salesian schools participated. During the seminar it was emphasized that teachers in Salesian schools must have well-defined roles based on the spirit of Don Bosco. For this reason, the participants were also involved in a workshop aimed at better understanding the Preventive System.
