India - Salesian student wins gold medal in technical skills tournament
Mumbai, India - May 2018 - As part of the selection process for the World Skills Competition (Delhi 2019), a regional competition of technical skills, organized by the "National Skill Development Corporation India", was held in Jaipur from 24 to 26 May. The event was attended by over two hundred competitors from various schools and among them seven students of the "Don Bosco Center for Learning" in Kurla. One of them, Saifali Khan, from the "St. Joseph Industrial Training Institute" won the gold medal in the air conditioning category, creating a refrigeration unit.
